BID City Central Shop Display Competition
With the Grand National only around the corner (and over the next hurdle), Silverberg Opticians competed in window display competition that was in the Grand National and Ladies Day theme to show our involvement and dedication to the city and all that goes on within it! After weeks of preparation we managed to pull a few things together and set up what we thought was a fantastic display (if you don't think horses wearing sunglasses is that impressive then this isn't for you!)..after a couple of weeks the display was secretly judged and compared to all the other shop displays in the City Central area!
Today the results were announced and we surprisingly took a very respectable 2nd place position which was fantastic news to all of us here at Silverberg Opticians...especially the prize that we won...to actually go to see the races next week!!
So, this goes out to the City Central Committee who day by day put the heartbeat into the City Centre and its surroundings by organising events, entertainment and keeping general order in the City...Thank you!! And I would advise all of you to continue to support them in any way that you can..they are only here for you and your city!!

Easter Market
Fantastic Easter market now in Whitechapel for a limited time only (they leave on Tuesday!!) with some fantastic foods and festive goods...so don't miss this one out!! It's always good for a spot of lunch for us!
